ITC Training Group List
ITC/Eau Claire Marathon Buildup Runs
Basics: Gradually longer training runs for Eau Claire Marathon and Half
Runs: Saturdays, 3rd week in January through end of April, 8:15am
Pace: Many smaller groups with varied pace
Location: Haas Fine Arts Center Lobby, UW-Eau Claire

Saturday Morning (15 Minute/Owen Park) Group
Basics: A generally faster group training for distance, but all runners are welcome; run one or multiple five-mile Buckshot loops
Runs: Saturday 6:45am, 7:30am, and 8:15am
Pace: Main group runs from 7:30 min./mile to 8:30 min./mile depending on season, slower runners run own pace
Location: Owen Park Tennis Courts, Eau Claire

Chippewa Six-Pack Group
Basics: A fun but committed running group that is now larger than a six-pack
Runs: Tuesday 5:30am, Thursday 5:15am, Saturday 7:00am.
Pace: varies
Location: McDonnell HS, Chippewa Falls (Tues/Thurs), Varies in Chippewa Falls (Sat)

Special Events: Annual December Night Raid/Christmas Party, Dunkin' in Duncan Creek, Trot to Cadott, and others
Summer Track and Fall and Winter Hill Work out Group
Basics: Warmups and track workouts /Warmups and Hill Repeats
Runs: Tuesdays, 5:30pm, from late April/early May through around end of daylight savings time (early November)
Pace: do your own pace and workout at the track
Location: Meet at Owen Park tennis courts, warm up on the way to the UW-Eau Claire track through Putnam Drive (about one and a half miles) as a group
Hill Work outs are on the Carson Park Hill starting at 5:15 P.M the Tuesday following Halloween. The hill is 250 meters and has good lighting. Why loose your fitness you gained in the summer join us and you will have a great spring race.
